
When you call to make a claim, be sure to have your policy number at hand to help us serve you better. If you have already filed a claim, and would like an update on its status, please contact the appropriate department directly. All calls should be directed towards the department in which you are holding a policy.
Many insurance companies require that the insured call and report claims directly to the Insurance Company and not through their agent. Most companies will accept calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Please remember that under the terms of your policy you are required to do your best to protect your property and minimize further damage or loss.
